Want to take your 4x4 off road? Why not enjoy a scenic view filled with African game, from the seat of your 4x4?
Not only does this 4x4 trail allow visitors to see a vast amount of animals such as Brown Hyena, Zebra, Giraffe, Kudu, Springbok and various other antelope, but also to experience the thrill of off road driving in your 4x4 vehicle over challenging trail and obstacles. Our experienced tour leader will guide you along the beautiful trail, while being in radio contact all the time, the lead vehicle is equipped with all the necessary recovery gear incase you get stuck or have a flat tire, all 4x4 vehicle are welcome including ones without low range gear boxes!
The Day Ahead
We will meet at the Boma at 9am where we will introduce ourselves and have some coffee or tea, we will have a quick briefing about the trail and what to expect while out on it.
Then we start the trail, winding our way through the scenic route stopping along the way to take photos and look at animals, about halfway through the trail we stop for a picnic lunch that has been packed for you, all you need to do is bring your own drinks!
After lunch the trail continues up the mountain where we will see Zebra and Wildebeest, there is a very challenging section just off the trail here, for those that wish to brave it! From here we head back to the Boma, taking along with us the memories of the days trail!
