SA Adventure uses the three most popular helicopters. The Robinson 22, Robinson 44, and the Bell 407 A helicopter ride is a great way to see familiar sites from a new and stunning perspective. However, it is not for the faint hearted or those with vertigo, as it is considered an adrenaline activity. Robinson 22 (1 pax + pilot) The R22 is a two seater, carburetor piston engine. It is the most popular helicopter for scenic flying, photography, filming and transfers.
Robinson 44 (3 pax + pilot) The R44 is larger and faster than the R22. The R44 is a four seater, fuel injected piston engine. It has more power than the R22. Perfect for a couple and guide, scenic flying, photography, filming and transfers.
Bell 407 (6 pax + pilot) The Bell 407 with its turbine engine has the ability to carry 6 passengers + pilot in comfort, with minimal weight restrictions and superior performance. Smooth and quiet flight characteristics. Enhanced safety features such as digital engine monitoring and robust design. Best speed, payload and range in its class with an impressive appearance.
